NCB Consideration of Dividend Payment

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has advised that the board of directors, at a meeting held on Thursday, October 22, 2009, directed that the Audit Committee should, at a special meeting to be held on November 5, 2009, consider, inter alia, and if thought fit approve the audited accounts and the declaration of a final interim dividend for the year ended September 30, 2009.
