NCB Capital Markets Declares Dividend

At a meeting held on January 21, 2009, the Board of Directors of NCB Capital Markets Limited declared an interim dividend of 17.625 cents per stock unit in respect of the 11.75 per cent per annum Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares. The dividend is payable on January 27, 2009 to shareholders on record as at January 22, 2009.
