Criteria
Interested persons/companies should complete an application form and submit the required documentation
- All companies must be registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica and complete an Application Form (available at the JSE’s Office and online at www.jamstockex.com)
Start-up
- Photo Identification (National ID/Drivers’ License/Passport)
- Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate
- TRN for the Owner of the Business
- Simple Business Plan – (i) Organizational Structure (ii) Use of Funds (iii) Cash Flow Projection
Existing (Operational for at least 6 months)
- Business Registration Documents
- Tax Compliance Certificate
- In-House Financial Statements for the last two (2) years
- Permits – Health etc.,
- Simple Business Plan – (i) Organizational Structure (ii) Use of Funds (iii) Cash Flow Projection
