National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) has advised that the proposed Scheme of Arrangement among NCBJ, NCB Financial Group Limited and their respective shareholders was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of NCB Financial Group Limited held January 26, 2017 and at the Annual General Meeting of NCBJ held January 27, 2017.
NCBJ further advises that Sanctioning of the Scheme is scheduled to be considered by the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica on February 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
