MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited’s (MPCCEL) management has announced a delay in the presentation of the Interim Financial Report for the quarter ending December 31, 2020.
MPCCEL also stated that the management had faced delays in the preparation of the draft accounts due to some changes of the partners providing the financial reporting of the underlying investees. Further, the management decided to accept the delayed publication for the sake of presenting the best quality of information and apologised for any arising inconveniences.
MPCCEL anticipates a delay of 15 days and targets the publication date to be on March 1, 2021.
