Montego Freeport Limited to be Delisted

Montego Freeport Limited has made an application to be delisted from the Jamaica Stock Exchange. The application is being made at this time as the Company has fulfilled its purpose of developing the Freeport Peninsula and the operational plans and objectives for the Company are now at a minimum. A resolution was proposed and passed at the last Annual General Meeting of the Company held August 25, 2011. Montego Freeport Limited will be delisted on January 6, 2012.
