MFP Declares a Capital Distribution

The Board of Directors of Montego Freeport Limited has advised that a capital distribution of $0.7104 cents per stock unit was recommended and approved at a meeting held on July 28, 2010.  The x-date is August 10, 2010, the record date is August 12, 2010 and the payment date is August 31, 2010.
