Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS) advises that Mr. Raymond Ernandez who occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), vacated the role on May 31, 2023, and has since been replaced by Mrs. Haile Hinds-Bedward who joined the MDS team on August 02, 2023. With over 20 years of Finance, Accounting, and Logistics experience – 10 of which have been at the managerial level of local and regional manufacturing and distribution entities – Mrs. Hinds-Bedward has successfully led teams in Finance, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) while collaborating with other business units to increase efficiencies through process flow and the use of technology.
Currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at the Oxford Brookes University (U.K.), Mrs. Hinds-Bedward is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). Mrs. Hinds-Bedward holds a Diploma in Business Administration (with Honours) and Certifications in Payroll Staff Benefits and Statutory Deductions as well as in International Financial Reporting.
