Mayberry Investments Ltd has advised that the Board of Directors has approved a monthly interim dividend of 12 % on Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares for the period June 21, 2008 to July 23, 2008 for the sum of J$0.0325 per share. The dividend is
payable on July 25, 2008 to the shareholders on record as at July 23, 2008. The X date is July 21, 2008.
