Main Event Entertainment Group Ltd., (MEEG) Notice of Annual Report Delay

Main Event Entertainment Group Ltd wishes to advise that there will be a slight delay in the submission of its Annual Report for the year ended October 2021 due to unforeseen circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 impact on their internal and external resources.

MEEGL will utilize the extension granted by the JSE to all listed companies whose Audited Financials became due in December 2021 and will now submit their Annual Report on or before March 17, 2022.
