Mailpac Group Limited wishes to advise that with recent amendments to the Jamaica Stock Exchange Junior Market Rules, Appendix 1, 504 2 (b), its Audit Committee would like to advise that:
The company was making every effort to be compliant within the timeline and recognizes that the deadline of December 31, 2023, has passed. However, the company wishes to advise that the process of evaluating board appointee candidates had begun prior to the deadline but was not successful in identifying a suitable candidate based on availability.
The Company has since identified an appointee who it expects to be appointed by the end of February 2024.
