Lasco Financial Services Limited (LASF) has advised that further to the advisory from the Jamaica Stock Exchange to listed companies required to file their annual, audited and quarterly reports in the month of May, LASF has decided to access the full extension granted in light of the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on its operations.
LASF anticipates to submit its Audited Financials by July 14, 2020.
The Company’s shareholders will be notified in the press and on LASF’s website.
