LASCO Financial Services (LASF) has advised that the Company has received the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s notification to listed companies required to file annual, audited and quarterly reports in the month of May 2020, and that LASF has decided to access the extension granted in light of the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on its operations.
LASF anticipates submitting the Audited Financials by July 3, 2020.
LASF further stated that the Company will proceed to place an advertisement in the press and also on its website to notify its shareholders of the delay in submitting the financials.
