Lasco Distributors Limited has advised that Mr. Anthony Chang, Managing Director of the company has resigned, effective July 31, 2011 to pursue other family interest which he is involved in. In the interim, Mr. Peter Chin, General Manager of Lasco Consumer Division has been promoted to the position of Acting Managing Director – Lasco Distributors Limited. In this position he will be responsible for the Consumer Division and the Pharmaceutical Division.
Mr. Anthony Chang will continue to serve as a Director of the Company.
