LASCO DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED ALLOCATION & REFUND FINALISED
Kingston: Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL), lead broker in the invitation for LASCO DISTRIBUTORS LTD to the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) is advising that 1,091 applications totaling approximately 164 million shares valued at approximately J$403 million were received.
Mayberry is advising the public that the basis of allotment for the public pool has been finalized. Allocation of units in the public, employee and key constituents pools should be as follows:
Public
· Applications between 0-50,000: first 50,000 units – 100%
· Applications between 50,001 and over: balance > than 50,000 units – 20% approximately
Key Constituents
· Applications between 0-500,000: first 500,000 units- 100%
· Applications between 500,000 and over: balance > than 500,000 units – 83% approximately
Employees
· All Applications were fully allocated
For investors who did not receive full allocation, their refunds will be finalized and available by Monday, October 4th, 2010. Refund amounts for clients of JN Fund Managers Limited and Mayberry Investments Limited will be credited to their respective accounts. All other investors may collect their cheques at either JN Fund Managers Limited or Mayberry Investments Limited.
