Lascelles deMercado & Co Ltd has made an application to the Jamaica Stock Exchange for the suspension of trading in the LdM shares for the period November 26, 2012 to November 30, 2012 or until such other closing date the Campari offer. This suspension will ensure that there is a static shareholders’ register that will provide for an efficient closing of the transaction.
