At a meeting of the Board of Directors on March 14,2005, the following interim dividends were declared: “A regular dividend of $1.00 per ordinary stock unit and a special dividend of $1.00 per ordinary stock unit. These Dividends are both payable to ordinary stockholders on record at the close of business on March 21, 2005 and are to be paid on March 29, 2005.”
