At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 7, 2004, the following interim dividend was declared: A Special Dividend of $1.05 per ordinary stock unit, to be paid on October 22, 2004, out of franked profits of the Company to ordinary stockholders on record at the close of business on October 13, 2004.
