Lascelles, de Mercado – Disposal of stock units

Lascelles, de Mercado & Co. Ltd. on September 19, 2002 disposed of all its stock holdings in Kingston Wharves Ltd. being 200,998,145 stock units of 20 cents each, for a consideration of $1.35 per stock unit. The sale was by private treaty. The agreement for sale was approved by a resolution of the directors of Lascelles., following which it was executed along with the relevant transfers.
