Lascelles deMercado & Co Ltd has advised that Dr. Euric Bobb was appointed to the company’s board of directors with immediate effect at a Board Meeting held following March 4, 2010 Annual General Meeting. Dr. Bobb is a former Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, who has worked for the World Bank in Washington as well as the Inter American Development Bank where he attained the post of Chief in the Office of the Presidency.
Also, Mr. Jason Abraham, an independent director, was appointed at the same Board Meeting to the Audit Committee, with immediate effect.
