Knutsford Express Services Limited (KEX) has advised that at their Extraordinary General Meeting on May 22, 2017, held at Caribic Vacations Limited, located at 1310 Providence Drive, Ironshore, Whitesands Beach, Montego Bay, the following resolutions were duly passed:
Resolution No. 1
- “THAT each ordinary share of the company be subdivided into five shares resulting in the Authorized Share capital of the Company increasing from 100,005,00o shares to 500,025,000 shares of no par value, and the issued and fully paid stated capital of the company increasing from 100,000,003 shares to 500,000,015 shares of no par value”
Resolution No. 2
- “THAT all the issued and fully paid shares of the company be converted into stock.”
