KLE Group Ltd (KLE) has advised that Mr. Stephen Shirley has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of KLE Group Limited, effective August 13, 2020.
“Mr. Stephen Shirley is the past Chairman of the Board and serves as a Director of the KLE Group. He is a Business Administration professional and was instrumental in the establishment of Locker Room Sports, KLE Group and Velle Sport International where he also serves Board of each company. He is the CEO of Stoneleigh Coffee Roasters, the Managing Director of Stoneleigh Coffee Processors Ltd and a Director of Jamaica Coffee Limited,” stated KLE.
