KLE Group Limited has advised that Mr. Joseph M. Matalon has resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 15, 2013 and that Mrs. Audrey Mark will assume Chairmanship of the Board of Director of the Company with effect December 15, 2013.
Mr. Joseph M. Matalon has also resigned as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from December 15, 2013. Mr. Matalon’s resignation from the Audit Committee was in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its function.
