Mr. A. Raphael Diaz resigned as Director of the company effective October 22, 2003 and Professor Gordon Shirley, Executive Director – Mona School of Business was appointed to the Board effective October 22, 2003.
An interim dividend of two cents per share will be paid on December 8, 2003 to shareholders on record as of December 1, 2003. The XD date is November 27, 2003.
