Kingston Wharves Limited (KW) has advised that Mr. Stephan Morrison has been appointed Company Secretary effective April 15, 2020.
Mr. Morrison replaced Ms. Clover Moodie, the Chief Financial Officer, who served as interim Company Secretary.
