Kingston Wharves – Closure of Register of Members

The Company advises that in order to facilitate the payment of the interim dividend of five cents per stock unit, KPMG Regulatory & Compliance Services, the register of members for Kingston Wharves, will be closed from the close of business on May 17 to May 24, 2006.
