Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has advised that it has completed the acquisition of a property located at 7 Dumfries Road in New Kingston on March 26.
“The property is in close proximity to our multi-story office building at the corner of Grenada Crescent and Dumfries Road and has been purchased on a sale and leaseback arrangement, however, it is slated for future development,” stated KPREIT.
