Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) wishes to advise of the resignation of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Stuart Andrade with effect as of September 30, 2023.
The Company’s Assistant Company Secretary, Mrs. Sharon Prendergast, will also demit office effective October 15, 2023.
