Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) reports that their Board of Directors wishes to advise the public that the Executive Board Chairman, Natalia Gobin-Gunter and Executive Director, Kala Abrahams who have been long-serving Senior Managers have agreed to relinquish their operational positions as Deputy Managing Director and Purchasing/Web Operations Manager respectively effective 30 September 2017.
“The Company takes this opportunity to thank the Executives for individually offering over twenty years of dedicated service and contributing to the success of the Company to date.
“Emanating from a review of our strategic priorities, an enhanced efficiency and growth agenda was agreed. In keeping with those strategic goals, this action marks the first step to ensure future expenses are contained within revenue growth. In the upcoming months and at the Annual General Meeting for the 2017 financial year, further plans and progress updates will be shared.
“Natalia and Kala will continue to execute their duties as Non- Executive Directors as we continue to deliver credible and transparent leadership which honors the value of the Company to you our shareholders and stakeholders,” KEY further advised.
