Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) has advised that its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, which are due to be submitted on March 31, 2019, will be delayed.
KEY further advised that it is anticipated that the report will submitted on or before April 12, 2019. The shareholders will be advised by way of statements in the media and on the Company’s website.
