Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) has advised that the Company’s Annual General Meeting Claim No. SU 2020 CD 00417, in the matter of the holding of the 2020 & 2021 General Meetings of Key Insurance Company Limited, the Supreme Court has granted the orders sought in their court
application.
“The effect of the Court’s Order is that the Company may, as needed, conduct its general meetings during the years 2020 and 2021 either as hybrid in-person and virtual meetings, or as wholly virtual meetings.
“A copy of the Formal Order granted by the court is available for viewing on the Company’s website at www.keyinsurancejm.com,” KEY advised.
