JSE Stock Market Game – Winner Dexter Smith

 Dexter Smith of Calabar High School surged past previous leader Bellefield High School to emerge the winners of the 2009/2010 JSE Stock Market Game for High Schools sponsored by The Gleaner Company and LIME Jamaica Ltd.

 
 
Dexter Smith has displayed exemplary skill in equity trading during the competition to win the competition, with Shawn Parker of Bellefield High School second, Orane Burke also of Calabar High third, Metthew Williams of Campion College forth and Shaneil Smalling for Bellefeild High completing the top five. The Top schools were Calabar High, Bellefield High, Campion College, Hampton and Hillel Academy the defending champion in fifth place.
 
The teacher of the top schools also received prizes, Mr. L McLeod of Calabar High and Ms. Sandra Scott of Bellefield High.  The presentation ceremony took place at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel on July 15, 2010.
