This is true for all sectors of the economy where all companies must innovate in order to keep ahead of the competition so as to allow their business to survive. Gregory has been in the securities business for over 30 years and recently joined           Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. during the spring of 2005. Prior to his employment with             Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., he worked at Bear Stearns & Co., as a Senior Managing Director in charge of sales and trading for the firm’s Caribbean and Central American business. During his years at Bear Stearns, Gregory covered approximately 14 countries and maintained in custody a total of $2.3 billion in client assets. After joining Oppenheimer & Co.
