The Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited has advised of its intention to redeem its preference shares which mature on May 31, 2013. Principal and interest payments will be made on May 31, 2013 to shareholders on record as at May 24, 2013. The ex- dividend date is May 21, 2013. The shares will be suspended on May 24, 2013 to facilitate the process of redemption.
