JOHN CARBERRY
 
John Carberry’s distinguished  scholarship – bolstered by the requisite focus, discipline and diligence – has enabled him to succeed in his various professional assignments.
 
His studies led him from Jamaica College to the University of the West Indies (UWI), where he earned a Bachelor of Science (Upper Second Class Hons.) in Marine Sciences, then onto Post-Graduate level at the Jamaica Institute of Management (Diploma in Management Studies); Nova Southeastern University, Florida – Jamaica Cluster Group (MBA, Hons.) and Devry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management of Atlanta, Georgia (MSc. Project Management, Hons.)  
 
John Carberry has also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification status.
 
Since joining the Jamaica Broilers Group in 1985, John Carberry has held such key management positions as:  Production Manager, Aquaculture Jamaica Ltd.; Technical Services Manager, Aquaculture Jamaica Ltd.; Deputy Managing Director and Operations Manager, Aquaculture Jamaica Ltd.; Managing Director, Aquaculture Jamaica Ltd.; Project Manager, Jamaica Exotic Flavours and Essences (on secondment from JBG) and Operations Manager, JB Ethanol Ltd. He is currently Assistant Vice-President, Energy at the Jamaica Broilers Group.
 
Grounded in the Jamaica Broilers Group ethos of incorporating the value of service beyond business, John Carberry extends his time and skills to a number of community development programmes, aimed at  providing opportunities for the personal growth of his fellow Jamaicans.
