Dr. Carl Rose
Prior to joining Oppenheimer in June of 2008, Carl was a Senior Managing Director and head of emerging markets fixed income research at Bear, Stearns & Co. He has spent most of his 20 year career following Latin American and Caribbean countries, where his research, while at Bear Stearns, had been recognized as industry-leading. Prior to Joining Bear Stearns in July of 1998, Carl was Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean at BT Alex Brown.
