The Board of Director of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has advised that at its meeting held on December 10, 2007, it declared quarterly dividends payable on April 1, 2008 to shareholders on record at the close of business on March 14, 2008 on the undermentioned classes of Preference Shares:
1.3/4% o the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” 3.5 cents
1.1/4% o the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” 2.5 cents
1.1/4% o the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” 2.5 cents
1.1/2% o the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” 3 cents
