JMMB – Resignation and Appointment

JMMB advised that Miss Carolyn DaCosta has resigned as Company Secretary for JMMB Insurance Brokers Limited and Joan Duncan Foundation effective May 31, 2014. As such, the Board of Directors of these entities have appointed Mrs. Claudine Campbell-Bryan as Company Secretary.
