Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd. (JMMB) – Leave of Absence

Mrs. Donna Duncan-Scott will be taking a leave of absence on her substantive post for a year with effect from January 1, 2005. Mrs. Duncan-Scott will remain a Director of the Company and will provide support and coaching services on a part time basis over the year. However, during this period Mr. Keith Duncan will assume the position of Acting Managing Director and Chief Execuive Officer.
