JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) – Interim Dividend Declared on Ordinary Shares      

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited held today, the Directors approved a Resolution declaring an interim dividend of Twenty-Five Jamaican Cents (.25¢) per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on  September 12^th 2023. The interim dividend will be payable on  October 9^th 2023.

The Ex-dividend date will be  September 11, 2023.
