JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of JMMBGL held, July 29, 2021, the Directors approved a Resolution declaring an interim dividend of Sixty Jamaican Cents (.60 ¢)per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on August 16, 2021. The interim dividend will be payable on September 9, 2021.
The Ex-dividend date will be August 13, 2021.
