JMMB Group Limited is pleased to annouce that Mr. Garfield Smith has been promoted to the role of Group Chief Risk Officer effective November 1, 2023. Mr. Smith previously held the role of Group Lead – Credit Risk Management at JMMB Group together with designated responsibility for Credit Risk Management at JMMB Bank (Jamaica) Limited.
Mr. Smith has over 20 years in the financial sector with over 10 years as a risk professional. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business Administration and a Certified Credit Professional and Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst.
