Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd. (JMMB )- Dividend

At the Board meeting on May 17, 2005, the following were approved: 1) That a general meeting be held on July 28, 2005 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in the Montego Suite at 10 a.m. To be considered are: retention of par value for 18 mths. and a rights issue. 2) An interim dividend of 10 cents per share to be paid on June 30th, 2005 to shareholders on record at June 10, 2005.
