Effective December 31, 2005 Ms. Marguerite Orane will resign from the Board of Directors of JMMB Ltd.
Ms. Orane is one of the Partners of Growth Facilitators and her firm has built up considerable expertise in strategic planning and implementation. The firm has recently decided to target the financial services industry, locally and regionally, and this has been meeting with considerable success. Unfortunately, she faces a challenge in that some of her potential clients perceive a conflict on interest with her position on the board of their competitor.
It is in light of these circumstances that Ms. Orane tendered her resignation.
