The Jamaica Livestock Association Limited has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at the Head Office of the Association at Newport East, Kingston on September 24, 2009 at 12:00 noon for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
” that the Association be and is hereby authorized to complete the sale of its (i) Feed Mill; (ii) Wharf; (iii) Grain Off-Loading Facilities and (iv) related spare parts to Agro Industries Holdings (2008) Limited for an aggregate sum of Six Million United States Dollars (US$6,000,000).”
