Jamaica Livestock Association Limited has advised that its board of directors declared a semi-annual interim dividend of $0 .035 per share on the Cumulative Participating Preference Shares outstanding as of record date March 22, 2010 and payable on April 14, 2010. The X-Date is March 18, 2010.
