JLA Declares Dividend

Jamaica Livestock Association Limited has advised of a dividend payment of 3 1/2% on the Cumulative Participating Preference Shares outstanding of 3 .5 cents to shareholders on record as at March 31, 2009 and payable on April 23, 2009. The X-Date is March 27, 2009.
