Jamaican Teas Limited has advised that the Company signed an agreement today, May 30, 2013, to purchase property located at 2 Bell Road in Kingston. The property previously housed the operations of Beal Industries which manufactured Comet matches, but has been closed for some time. The property will be used to house the manufacturing operations of Jamaican Teas Ltd as the current facility is inadequate. The property is approximately 1.5 acres and the building is 17,000 square feet. The Company expects to move in later this year after the necessary renovations are complete. The property cost US$915,000.
