Jamaican Teas Ltd (JAMT) – Sale of Factory

Jamaican Teas Limited announces that it entered into an agreement on 12 Mar 2024 to sell its Bell Road tea factory to a third party purchaser. Completion of the sale will take place in April 2024 and Jamaican Teas will continue to occupy the premises until August 2024  ,by which date its tea packing operations will relocate to the Group’s premises at Temple Hall, St Andrew
