JAMT has advised that:
- on the first quarter 2022/23 earnings report initially posted on 8 Feb 2023, $23 million was misclassified between deferred tax and stockholders equity on its Dec 31 2022 balance sheet and statement of changes in equity.
- the balance sheet and Directors Report were incorrectly dated as having been approved on 13 Feb 2023 instead of the correct date of 6 Feb 2022.
